SimPilot.World is a virtual flight simulation platform created exclusively for entertainment, educational, and recreational purposes. It is not a real flight school, aviation authority, real airline, air operator, or certification authority. Any certificates, licenses, qualifications, ratings, achievements, or awards obtained within SimPilot.World are entirely virtual and have no legal or real-world validity.

2. Use of Trademarks

Names, logos, trademarks, aircraft liveries, airport identifiers, airline names, aircraft manufacturers, fuel providers, and other intellectual property are used solely for identification, descriptive, educational, and realistic flight simulation purposes. SimPilot.World is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any trademark owner unless explicitly stated.

3. Virtual Economy

SimPilot Coin (SPC), POL Tokens where applicable, virtual credits, shares, rewards, prestige points, rankings and other virtual assets exist exclusively within SimPilot.World. They have no monetary value and are not financial instruments, securities, investment products, cryptocurrencies issued by SimPilot.World, or real-world assets.

4. Virtual Stock Market

The SimPilot.World Stock Market is a fictional simulation. Share prices are generated by proprietary algorithms and player activity, do not represent real market value, and no investment advice is provided.

5. Virtual Airlines & Airports

Airlines, airports, fleets, routes, passenger demand, cargo demand, and company financial results are generated by simulation algorithms and/or player interaction. Operational statistics and financial data are fictional.

6. Flight Certifications

All flight certifications issued by SimPilot.World represent only the successful completion of virtual examinations within the platform and do not grant real pilot licenses, aviation qualifications, flight permissions, operational privileges, or professional certifications.

7. ACARS Data Collection

The SimPilot.World ACARS application records virtual flight data to validate and analyze simulated flights, including position, route, altitude, speed, duration, fuel, passenger and cargo data, landing performance, events, aircraft configuration, and simulator telemetry.

8. User Content

Users are responsible for uploaded or shared content. Content violating copyright, trademarks, law, or community standards may be removed without prior notice.

9. Fair Play Policy

Users agree not to manipulate flight data, modify ACARS transmissions, exploit bugs, use cheats, artificially influence the virtual economy or stock market, or exploit unintended game mechanics.

10. Account Integrity and SPC Abuse

Each individual may register and operate only one SimPilot.World pilot account unless prior written authorization has been granted by SimPilot.World. Creating, controlling, or using multiple, duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts to obtain registration, referral, attendance, flight, or other rewards; generate SPC; or transfer, funnel, aggregate, or conceal SPC funds is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse of the virtual economy.

Where such abuse is confirmed, SimPilot.World may suspend SPC transfers, reverse improperly obtained rewards or transfers, remove or freeze affected SPC funds, and suspend or close the linked accounts.

11. Availability and Liability

SimPilot.World is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimPilot.World shall not be liable for data loss, software malfunctions, interrupted service, loss of virtual assets, indirect damages, or decisions based on simulated information.

12. Privacy and Amendments

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Acceptance

I have read and accept the SimPilot.World Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Rules. I understand that SimPilot.World is a fictional flight simulation platform and that all certifications, currencies, companies, stock market activities, and economic systems exist solely within the virtual environment of the platform. I confirm that I will maintain only one pilot account and will not create or use multiple, secondary, duplicate, or proxy accounts to obtain rewards, generate SPC, or transfer or consolidate SPC funds.
